IPF5 Technical Assistance: Preparation of Preliminary Design and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for Podgorica bypass (Smokovac-Tolosi-Farmaci) of Bar-Boljare highway (SEETO Road Route 4), Montenegro

Bar-Boljare Highway is approximately 169 km long of high priority and significance and provides a strategic link between the port of Bar on the Adriatic Coast and Boljare, near the border of Montenegro with Serbia. Podgorica Bypass (Smokovac – Tolosi – Farmaci) is part of the Bar-Boljare highway. It is approximately 18 km long and will comprise a four-lane dual carriageway, when constructed.

As part of IPF5 Technical Assistance project for EIB, Systema’s role was to offer Project Management services and also to complete all Preliminary Design activities.
