SYSTEMA Consulting and InfraTransProject (ITP) have jointly established ITP SYSTEMA sh.p.k, a Tirana‑based consultancy firm designed to deliver international‑standard infrastructure advisory services across Albania and the Western Balkans.
For SYSTEMA, this new company represents a strategic investment in a market where we have been working extensively for more than a decade through EU‑funded, IFI‑financed and government‑led assignments. ITP SYSTEMA combines SYSTEMA’s international delivery record in transport planning, multimodal strategy, economic appraisal, technical assistance and institutional support with ITP’s local engineering excellence and long-standing presence in Albania.
