Systema Consulting is proud to announce its participation in the newly awarded Western Balkans Investment Framework Infrastructure Project Facility Technical Assistance 13 (IPF13). This prestigious €23.5 million contract, awarded by the European Investment Bank to a consortium led by NIRAS, represents one of the largest technical assistance programmes supporting infrastructure development across the Western Balkans region.

IPF13 will provide expert technical assistance for priority infrastructure projects across five key sectors: Digital Future, Clean Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Social Infrastructure, and Sustainable Transport.

The programme will support Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia on their path toward EU integration and sustainable development.

As a specialist transport consultancy, Systema will focus primarily on the Sustainable Transport sector, deploying experienced experts to support the preparation and implementation of critical transport infrastructure projects across the region. Systema also contributes to the management of the whole project, providing two in-house staff as Key Experts. The team brings decades of experience in transport planning, project preparation, and working with EU institutions and International Financial Institutions throughout the Western Balkans.

This award reinforces Systema’s position as a trusted partner in delivering infrastructure programmes that drive connectivity and sustainability in the region.
