In March 2023 we successfully completed the railway project “Modernisation of Rail Route 2, Podgorica – Albanian Border” in Montenegro. Our team developed a Feasibility Study, including a Conceptual Design, a Cost-Benefit Analysis, and an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and presented the study’s outcomes to the involved local and international stakeholders. The next preparation stage of this rail link is already prepared based on the recommendations of our study. We look forward to more challenges in the near future!
