Systema’s scope of work includes:

  1. Technical and Economic Due Diligence

– Assessing the technical feasibility and economic viability of the proposed road upgrades

  1. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment

– Analyzing the potential environmental and social impacts of the project and the current operations of the state-owned road operator, JSC KazAvtoZhol

  1. Local Feasibility Study

– Conducting an in-depth feasibility study tailored to the local Kazakh context

Systema’s deep understanding of transport infrastructure development in emerging markets, combined with our technical expertise, position us as the ideal partner to support this transformative project. We look forward to working closely with the EBRD and JSC KazAvtoZhol to ensure the successful delivery of this critical road upgrade for Kazakhstan.
