The closing workshop of the Bar-Boljare Highway (BBH) Feasibility Study was held in Podgorica. Systema developed a Feasibility study for the whole highway, including a full traffic study, a concept design and a Preliminary Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and presented the outcome of this study to the involved local and international stakeholders, public and media. BBH comprises SEETO Route 4 connecting the Romanian borders with the port of Bar through Belgrade and Podgorica. The highway is a priority investment for Montenegro and component of the EU integration strategy with the objective of increasing traffic safety and productivity and reducing regional imbalances.
