The Accessibility Study to Facilities/ Uses of the New International Airport of Heraklion, Crete (Kasteli) has been completed by SYSTEMA Consulting in April 2023.
In the context of finalizing the design of the new Airport, the study included both the optimisation of traffic flows in the internal road network of the Airport, including parking areas, for all categories of users (passengers, personnel, heavy vehicles, airport operating fleet, etc.), as well as the traffic impact assessment from the operation of all Airport facilities.
